what we build, in plain terms

02

the brief

tell us what's slow, we'll tell you what's buildable

Twelve minutes instead of two discovery calls.

The Build Brief turns a vague sense that something should be better into a scoped piece of work. You describe the jobs eating your team's time: how often they run, how long they take, and how much of that is copying, retyping and chasing.

It scores each job on the hours you would get back against how buildable it looks, ranks them against each other, and hands you the brief at the end. Send it over and we come back with a scope, not a sales call.

About 12 minutes

It saves in your browser as you go, so you can start it now and finish it later.

Nothing is sent until you send it

Your answers stay on your device. At the end you copy it, download it, or send it over.

The brief is yours either way

Ranked opportunities with the hours behind them, whether or not you work with us.

where ai actually earns its keep

01Strategy

Knowing What Matters

Most of what you read about AI will never touch your business. A little of it will change it.

The things that matter to you are rarely the ones making headlines. They are the small, specific tools that happen to fit the way your business runs. Our job is to know which is which, so you are not chasing every new thing or missing the one that mattered.

02Marketing

Knowing Your Customers

You already hold the answers about your customers. They are just spread across four systems and nobody has time to look.

Who buys twice, who never came back, who is about to leave, and what they all have in common. Once that is in one place, you stop guessing who to call and what to say to them.

03Operations

Taking Work Off People

The jobs nobody enjoys and everybody does anyway: copying, chasing, retyping, checking.

Invoices that file themselves, orders that reach the warehouse without a phone call, quotes that go out the same day. The work still gets done, your people just stop being the ones doing the boring half of it.

04Your Team

Your Team's Time

Nobody wants to be replaced. Most people want their worst two hours of the day back.

The point is not fewer people. It is that the person you hired for judgment spends their day using it, instead of pasting between two spreadsheets. That is also the version your team will actually adopt.

04

the edge

why waiting costs more than starting

Visual Intelligence

The greatest risk isn't AI itself. It's being the last in your market to work out what it is actually for.

Where the edge is

The advantage is not the model everyone can rent by the month. It is knowing which half of your own work is worth handing to it, and that answer is different in every business.

common questions answered

Barbados. We work with businesses across the Caribbean and further afield, and everything we build is delivered remotely. Being in the region means we are in your timezone and we understand how business actually runs here.

Software that does a job your team does by hand today. It reads the email, pulls the details out, puts them where they belong, and only asks a person when something is unusual. No robots, no replacing anyone: just the copying and chasing taken off the pile.

No. You tell us what takes too long and what it costs you when it goes wrong. Picking the tools is our job, and you should not have to care which one we used any more than you care which brand of wrench a mechanic owns.

Start with the Build Brief. It takes about twelve minutes, asks what is slow or what you need built, and comes back with a scope and a price rather than a sales call. Small builds start in the low thousands; the brief asks for a budget band so we scope something real instead of guessing.

A single automation is usually two to four weeks from brief to running. A custom tool or an agent handling live conversations is longer, and we would rather ship a first version you can use in a month than a perfect one in six.

Usually it did not stick because it was bought, not built: a subscription that assumed a way of working nobody here uses. We start from your process, agree one number that has to move, and hand over something your team can run without us.
